Sea Breeze is in Hopton on Sea. It's an end of terrace house, one of three that were built together. They're modern, so the rooms are a decent size and everything works as it should.
It sleeps five, in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It has a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not luxurious. The garden is enclosed, which is handy.
The beach at Gorleston is the closest one. It's sandy and has a nice long promenade. Corton beach is shingle. Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft have the big traditional seaside stuff, with piers and amusements. They're a short drive away.
Hopton itself is quiet. There's a shop and a couple of pubs about a five minute walk away. For a bigger day out, Norwich is under an hour's drive. The cathedral and the castle museum are good. The Norfolk Broads are right on your doorstep for a boat trip. Broads Authority has maps and information.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, TV, parking for one car. We provide bedding and there's a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning to explore the coast, the National Trust in Norfolk looks after some good stretches of beach and heathland.
