Broad Reach
Broad Reach is in Belton in Norfolk. It's a timber holiday house, Swedish style, detached. It's on the Caldecott Hall estate, which is a big place with golf.
It sleeps eight people in four bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. It's got a 5 Star rating. The layout is mostly open plan.
The house has its own sauna. There's a hot tub on the verandah. You can also use the heated swimming pool and steam room at the Caldecott Hall leisure facilities, but you pay for that separately.
It's on one level so the entrance is wheelchair accessible. There's parking right there.
There's a golf club and restaurant on the estate. A bar and restaurant is about 200 yards away. The nearest shop is two miles.
You're about five miles from Great Yarmouth. Gorleston-on-Sea has a good sandy beach, that's not far either. The Norfolk Broads are right there for exploring by boat.
Redwings Horse Sanctuary is nearby. Somerleyton Hall has gardens and a pub, it's a short drive. Beccles and Bungay are nice market towns. Norwich is about half an hour away if you want a cathedral or shops.
The house comes with a washing machine, dishwasher, TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate. No pets, sorry.
