This place is called Broad Reach. It's on the Caldecott Hall estate near Belton in Norfolk. It's a big wooden Swedish-style house, detached, so you're not sharing any walls.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms, three bathrooms, which helps with a group that size. It's got a 5 Star rating so it's well kitted out and newish. The main living area is upstairs, which gives you a view over the fields. There's a second living room on the ground floor too, so people can spread out. The ground floor is wheelchair accessible at the entrance.
Outside, there's a verandah with a hot tub on it, and the house has its own sauna inside. You're on a big estate, so there are two golf courses right there, an 18-hole and a 9-hole. They've also got a heated swimming pool and a steam room at the leisure centre, but you pay a bit to use those.
The estate's bar and restaurant is about a 200-yard walk from the house. There's a proper shop about two miles away in the village.
For things to do, Great Yarmouth is five miles east for the seaside. Gorleston-on-Sea is a bit further but has a nice beach. The Norfolk Broads are all around you for boating or walking. Redwings Horse Sanctuary is nearby if you like that sort of thing. Somerleyton Hall is a short drive, good for gardens. Norwich is about half an hour's drive for a city day, with the cathedral and shops. Fishing is available locally if you're into it.
In the house you've got the basics covered: WiFi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. No pets allowed, sorry.
