Elm Barn View
This is Elm Barn View. It's one half of what used to be a barn, converted now. We live next door in the other half, so we're there if you need us.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and comfortable, but not trying to be fancy. The layout is all on the ground floor.
You've got your own bit of garden out the front, which gets the afternoon sun. There's parking right outside and an electric car charger if you need it.
It's on the edge of the village, so quiet. There's a shop less than five minutes' walk down the road for basics. The local pub is about the same distance. People seem to like it.
You're surrounded by flat farming country, which means the lanes are good for walks or cycling straight from the door. Breydon Water is close by for birdwatching. Winterton beach is about a twenty minute drive away. You can often see the seals there.
For other things to do, Reedham is a ten minute drive. You can hire a boat on the rivers there, if that's your thing. Norwich is half an hour one way for shopping or the cathedral. The coast at Cromer for the pier and crab sandwiches is about forty minutes the other way.
The cottage has WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, and towels are included. We don't allow pets.
