This is Reedcutters, in Reedham. It's a terraced cottage, one of three on the quay. Looks out over the river Yare. You've got a south-facing terrace out the back.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable. Everything's there. You get a good view of the river from the front.
Two pubs, a shop, fish and chips, and a deli are all about a two-minute walk away. The pubs do food. The nearest proper beach is at Winterton, about a ten-mile drive.
It's good for walks straight from the door along the riverbanks and quiet lanes. You can see seals if you drive up to Horsey. For a day out, Norwich is about twenty minutes on the train. The station's a few minutes walk from the cottage. Norwich has the cathedral and the castle museum. National Trust Norfolk has places like Blickling Estate nearby.
If you've got kids, Bewilderwood, that treetop adventure place, is close. The Broads are all around. You can hire a day boat from Wroxham.
For facilities, it's got the basics: Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking for one car. No pets.
