Reedcutters is in Reedham, right on the river. It's one of three cottages in a row. You look out over the quay, so there are boats going past. It can be lively in a nice way, not quiet.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, which is handy. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well looked after.
You've got a south-facing terrace with a table and chairs. Good spot for a drink in the evening.
Everything you need is close. Two pubs that do food are about a minute's walk. There's a shop, a chippy, a tea room, and a deli all just up the road. You don't need to drive for basics.
The beach at Winterton is about a 20 minute drive. Good for long walks. Horsey is a bit further for seeing the seals. Norwich is half an hour away by car, or you can get the train from the station here. It's good for a day out, the castle and cathedral are worth seeing. National Trust Norfolk Coast has information on the beaches and walks.
If you want to be on the water, Wroxham is nearby for boat hire. The Broads are all around here, obviously. Good for cycling on the quiet lanes.
Inside, it has what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV. Parking for one car right outside. All the bedding and towels are included. No pets, sorry.
