Reedham Old Hall

Reedham Old Hall is in Reedham village, Norfolk. It's a detached Georgian hall from 1775. Sleeps fourteen. Seven bedrooms, three bathrooms. Takes two dogs. It's got a 4 Star rating.

The main thing is the space. It's for big family groups who want to be together but also have room to spread out. There are a few different sitting rooms. The kitchen is large and has an Aga plus a normal electric oven and hob. The dining room has a baby grand piano.

The garden is about two acres. There's an outdoor heated swimming pool, a tennis court, a decked area with a barbecue and a garden kitchen. You can see the pretty village church from the main windows.

Practical things: The stairs are the original Georgian ones, so they're a proper staircase. There's a games room on the second floor. Wifi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels are all included. There's parking on site and an electric vehicle charger.

The village is a mile away. It has a deli, a local brewery and three pubs that do food. You're on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. You can hire boats, kayaks or paddleboards locally. The train station goes to Norwich or Great Yarmouth.

Within about half an hour's drive you can get to Norwich for shopping, Great Yarmouth or Gorleston for the seaside, or Wroxham which is the main centre for the Broads. The beaches at Winterton and Horsey are good for sand and dunes.
