Riverbank Cottage

Riverbank Cottage is in Reedham, right on the River Yare. It's a semi-detached cottage, refurbished in 2021. The back garden is enclosed and leads straight down to the riverbank.

It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There's a kingsize with a view and an en-suite shower, and two twins. One twin can zip-link to another kingsize if you prefer. Downstairs there's a bathroom with a bath and a shower over it. The living room has French doors out to the garden so you get the river view.

The main thing about this place is the boat. You get private use of a six-seater motor launch for your stay. You can pootle up and down the river from the garden. It's great for fishing, birdwatching, or just going to the pub without using the car.

Reedham is a small village. There are two pubs and a railway station within a short walk. One of the pubs does good food. The train can get you into Norwich in about half an hour.

Norwich is 17 miles away for a day out. It has the castle, cathedral, and shops. Great Yarmouth is about 10 miles for the seaside. For the Broads, Wroxham is the main spot for boat hire and is a short drive. If you've got kids, Pettitts Animal Adventure Park is just up the road.

Included facilities: washing machine, dishwasher, bedding and towels, WiFi, and parking on site. The entrance is wheelchair accessible. The stairs inside are a standard cottage staircase.

You can bring up to two dogs. We can also be booked together with Yare Cottage nearby if you need space for a bigger group.
