High Garden

The Norfolk coast is a short drive. Gorleston-on-Sea has a good sandy beach. Great Yarmouth is the classic seaside town with a pleasure beach and amusements.
You're on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. You can hire boats, canoes, or just go for a walk. The Broads Authority site is useful for planning. Norwich is about half an hour away. It's got a castle, the market, and the cathedral.
