Reedham Retreat is in Reedham village in Norfolk. It's a ground floor apartment, so no stairs at all. Sleeps two in one bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which is good. It's clean and comfortable.
The main room is open plan, with the kitchen, living and dining area all together. Outside is a paved seating area with a bistro table and chairs. It gets the sun, which is nice, but it is beside the road so there's some village traffic going past to the river.
Everything in the village is walking distance. There are two pubs that do food, a fish and chip shop, a deli with a café, and a micro-brewery. The riverfront has benches and it's a good spot to watch the boats and birds on the marshes.
For the Broads, the main spot is Wroxham about a 20 minute drive away. That's where you can hire boats. The Norfolk coast is about a 20-25 minute drive. Winterton dunes are good for walks, and you can see the seals at Horsey.
Norwich city is about a 20 minute drive or a 13 minute train ride from Reedham station. Great Yarmouth is about the same distance in the other direction if you want a traditional seaside day.
The place has parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's WiFi, a TV, and a dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower. It's all on one level.
