Westlea Cottage
Westlea Cottage is in Reedham. It's a detached cottage on the Norfolk Broads. You're right by the River Yare. The garden is a courtyard, gets the sun, and has a table.
It sleeps three. Two bedrooms, both with their own bathroom, which is handy. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well kept. The stairs are mentioned as being open and steep. They're fine, but just be aware.
The village has what you need. Two pubs, one does food. There's a cafe, a fish and chip shop, and the train station. All a short walk. You can fish from the riverbank nearby if that's your thing. Good for walking and birdwatching from the door.
You're well placed for getting out. Great Yarmouth is about a 30 minute drive for the beach and the amusements. Wroxham, where you can hire boats, is under half an hour. Norwich is about 25 minutes for proper shopping, the castle, and the cathedral.
What's here: parking, wifi, a wood burner, TV, and all the bedding and towels are included. The garden is yours. It says it's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. No pets, sorry.
