Manager's Cottage is in Loddon. It's a detached house, which means you won't have anyone on the other side of the wall. The garden is fenced all the way round, so it's private.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. It was modernised a while back but it still feels like a cottage.
The kitchen has a dishwasher. There's a washing machine in the utility room. Bedding and towels are included. You can park right outside.
Loddon town centre is about a 15 minute walk. There's a Co-op for shopping, a couple of pubs that do food, and some cafes. The River Chet runs through the town. It's quiet now, mostly swans and the odd boat. You can hire canoes or paddleboards from there if you want.
It's a good spot for getting out. Norwich is about 20 minutes by car. It's got the cathedral, the castle museum, and all the shops you'd expect from a city. Beccles is 15 minutes the other way. Nice market town on the River Waveney. They've got an outdoor lido if the weather's good.
For the coast, Great Yarmouth is half an hour's drive. It's a traditional seaside town with a pier and a big beach. For something quieter, the Suffolk coast around Southwold is about 40 minutes.
You can bring one dog. The garden is fully enclosed, which helps.
