Moorings House is in St Olaves, Norfolk. It's on the Norfolk Broads. It's a detached house right on the river. You get there down a rough track through a working boatyard. It's not posh, but it's in a good spot.
The house sleeps six. Three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. That's handy. It's all on one level. Big windows look out over the water. There's a deck outside with the same view.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and clean. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is on site. You can bring two dogs.
The local pub is about a hundred yards away. They do food. The coast is about eight miles east, so you can get to the beach if you want.
You're on the Broads, so being on the water is the point. You can fish from the bank. For boats, you'd need to hire one from Wroxham, Beccles or Brundall, which are a short drive away. There are a lot of nature reserves around here if you like birdwatching.
