Hobland Barn is out near Browston Green in Norfolk. It's a big converted barn, one of a few on the same site.
It sleeps twelve people in six bedrooms. Three bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. The conversion is modern inside, lots of light and space, but it's still a big old barn.
The layout works for groups. Four of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. There's a big kitchen and two separate living areas. One living area is upstairs with doors out to a balcony overlooking the fields. The other is on the ground floor.
Outside, there's an enclosed garden and a private swimming pool. Parking is on site.
It's a rural spot, so you’re looking at fields. The nearest shop is two miles. There's a pub and restaurant about three miles away.
If you want the coast, Gorleston-on-Sea is three miles. It's a nice sandy beach. Great Yarmouth is six miles for the classic seaside experience, with all the attractions.
Inland, you're on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. You can hire day boats or bikes, or just go for long walks. The Broads Authority website has details.
Norwich is about a thirty minute drive. It's a proper city with a castle, shops, and the lanes to explore.
Facilities wise: it has a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Underfloor heating. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if needed. Pets are allowed, up to three.
