A lovely detached bungalow in a quiet residential area and close to the beaches of Corton, Gorleston-on-sea and Lowestoft.
The beach at Gorleston-on-sea has recently been voted the best beach in the UK and 12th best beach in the world as listed by Tripadvisor’s 2023 Travellers’ Choice, Best of the Best Awards!. Entrance hall, good sized sitting room with TV and Wi-Fi. Large family kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and one twin both with TVs, shower room, utility room with washing machine and microwave. American style fridge/freezer, double electric oven and gas hob in kitchen with dining table for six people. French doors leading from kitchen to enclosed patio area at the back of the property and large front garden. One well behaved dog welcome, plenty of walking locally in Gunton woods and the beach . Beach 1 mile. Shop, pub and restaurant 1. 4 miles.
