Grayson Avenue is a bungalow on a residential street in Pakefield, which is on the southern edge of Lowestoft. It's a semi-detached place, so there's a neighbour on one side. You get the whole garden to yourselves.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom, all on the ground floor. It's got a 4 Star rating. The layout means it's useful if stairs are a problem for anyone.
The beach is about a three minute walk away. It's a proper shingle beach, so you'll want shoes. It's good for a paddle or a walk along the promenade but I’d check conditions for swimming.
There’s a pub that does food about a fifteen minute walk away. It's a solid local. The nearest shop is a bit further.
For a bigger day out, Southwold is about twenty minutes up the coast. Aldeburgh is a bit further. If you like birdwatching, RSPB Minsmere is around half an hour by car. The Norfolk Broads are also within a thirty minute drive.
Facilities wise: the garden is enclosed, which is handy. There's parking on the drive. Bedding and towels are included. WiFi is there. You can bring one well-behaved dog.
