Grayson Avenue
Grayson Avenue is in Pakefield, just on the outskirts of Lowestoft. It's a semi-detached bungalow, so everything's on one level. That makes it fairly straightforward for getting around.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. You can bring one dog.
The garden is fully enclosed and a decent size. It's got a patio area too. There's parking right outside.
The beach is about a two-minute walk away. It's a proper sandy beach, good for a paddle or a proper walk. There's a shop about ten minutes away on foot, and a pub that does food a bit further on.
Lowestoft town centre is a short drive if you need anything bigger. For days out, Southwold is about twenty minutes up the coast. The Norfolk Broads are maybe half an hour's drive, depending on where you want to get on the water. RSPB Minsmere is in that direction too, if you like birdwatching.
Inside, it's got a TV, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. The entrance is wheelchair accessible, and the ground floor layout helps with that.
