This is Orchard Farm Cottage, out in Barnby in Suffolk. It's a bungalow, converted from an old farm building. Everything's on one floor, which is handy. It sleeps two, one bedroom with a double bed and one bathroom.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable, clean, and has everything you need.
The main thing is the view. It looks straight out over fields. There's a patio with a table and chairs, so you can sit out there with a drink. It's very quiet.
There's a good pub about a mile away down the lane, which is walkable if you fancy it. The nearest shop is in Beccles, which is three miles. Beccles is nice, it's on the river, has a few shops and places to eat. You can get the train from there too.
For the coast, Lowestoft is about 20 minutes by car. It's a proper sandy beach. Southwold is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. That's the nicer one, with the pier and the Adnams brewery.
If you like walking or cycling, the lanes around here are flat and quiet. There's parking right outside the cottage.
Inside, it's got a TV, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. You can bring up to two dogs.
