This is Wisteria House. It's in Henstead, Suffolk. That's a village, just inland from the coast. Southwold is about seven miles away.
It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is en-suite to a double bedroom, the other is a big family one with a double shower. Another double room and a twin room make up the three. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's been done to a high standard. Everything is new and clean.
Downstairs is mostly open plan. The kitchen and dining area are together, with French doors out to the garden. The living room is separate, with a wood burner. It's a proper one, not just for show. The garden is enclosed, with a patio and a barbecue.
It's on a quiet lane. You can park on the drive. There's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, all the normal stuff. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
The village has an arts and crafts centre with a café. For a shop or a pub, you need to drive a couple of miles to Wrentham. The nearest beach is about three miles, but most people head to Southwold.
Southwold is the main draw. The beach, the pier, the town. It's about a fifteen minute drive. Aldeburgh is up the coast, maybe half an hour. If you go inland, Beccles is close and you can get onto the Norfolk Broads from there. For birdwatchers, RSPB Minsmere is about twenty minutes away.
