Garden Cottage is in Wangford, which is a village west of Southwold. It's a detached cottage at the end of a lane. The garden is fully enclosed.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms, and both bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen is modern.
You're about a ten minute drive from the coast. Southwold has the beach, the pier, and all the shops. The RSPB Minsmere reserve is a short drive north. That's for the serious birdwatchers.
There's a local pub in the village that does food. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Halesworth or Southwold.
For a day out, you can visit Dunwich Heath or the ruins at Framlingham Castle. The Suffolk Coast & Heaths site has good walking information. Norwich is just over an hour's drive if you want a city.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right next to the cottage. No pets, sorry.
