Briar Cottage
Briar Cottage is in a place called Mill Common, out near the Suffolk coast. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one floor, which is handy.
It sleeps four, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Both bedrooms have an en-suite, which is nice. It's a 3 Star, which means it's comfortable and clean but not posh.
It's on a site with some other cottages. You get your own private decking out the front. There's 35 acres of grounds around you. They keep horses and ponies in the fields.
The main thing here is the indoor swimming pool. It's in a separate clubhouse building. That's also where the Wi-Fi is.
For kids, there's a play area on site. We provide a cot and a highchair if you need them.
It's fairly rural here. The proper seaside, like Southwold, is about six miles away. For birdwatching, RSPB Minsmere is maybe ten miles. Beccles is only five miles away, and you can hire boats there to go onto the southern Broads.
There's a washing machine and a dishwasher in the cottage. Bedding and towels are included. Parking is right outside.
You can bring two dogs. There's a BBQ you can use.
