Riversdelle
Riversdelle is a detached house in Beccles, right on the River Waveney. You get your own bit of riverbank at the bottom of the garden. It sleeps eight.
There are three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms. One bathroom is downstairs and it's a wet room, so it's accessible if you need that. The place has a 5 Star rating. It's well kept.
You're about a three minute walk from the town centre. There's a good mix of shops and places to eat. The weekly market is handy. The Lido, which is an outdoor heated pool, is very close.
Having the river there is the main thing. You can fish from the garden if that's your sort of thing. You can hire kayaks, canoes, or day boats locally. For a guided trip, The Broads Authority website has information.
It's a good base for getting out. Southwold and its pier are about a 25 minute drive. Dunwich Heath and the RSPB reserve at Minsmere are within half an hour. Snape Maltings is about 35 minutes.
