This is Riverside House in Beccles. It's one of a row of old houses on the river. Three bedrooms, sleeps six. One bathroom.
The main thing is the river. It's at the bottom of the garden. You can fish from there if that's your thing. There's a small rowing boat too, with lifejackets. The garden is yours to use.
The stairs inside are fairly steep, like in a lot of these older places. There's a wood burner for the winter and the garden gets the evening sun.
You can walk into the town centre in five minutes. There's a market square with pubs and places to eat. A few shops. It's handy.
If you want to go further out, Southwold is about half an hour's drive. Aldeburgh is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. RSPB Minsmere is good for wildlife. Dunwich Heath is on the coast. Norfolk Broads are right there on the river.
It's got a 4 Star rating. There's parking, WiFi, a washing machine, and a dishwasher. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, one only. Bedding and towels are provided.
