This is Riverside House. It's in Beccles, right on the River Waveney. You can see the water from the windows. The house is old, part of a row of older houses, and it's set back a bit from the street.
It sleeps six people. There are three bedrooms and one bathroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's comfortable and well looked after. The stairs are normal.
You've got a private garden that goes down to the riverbank. There's a patio there too, which catches the evening sun. The garden is fully enclosed. There's a rowing dinghy you can use if you fancy a trip on the river. Two lifejackets are provided.
Beccles town centre is about five minutes' walk. You've got shops, pubs, and a few places to eat. The market square is nice.
If you want to explore further, the coast at Southwold is about half an hour by car. Aldeburgh is a bit further. For birdwatchers, RSPB Minsmere is close by. The Broads start just north of here.
Inside, there's a woodburning stove for colder nights. You get a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them. Parking is on site for one car. You can bring one dog.
