Rose Farm Cottage is in Clay Common, Suffolk. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls. It's on the edge of a village called Frostenden, so it's quiet but not completely isolated.
The cottage sleeps five. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's well kept and has everything you need. There's a proper woodburning stove for winter, which is nice. The kitchen has a dishwasher.
You get the garden to yourselves. There's parking right there.
The local shop and a pub are about two miles away in the village. For a bigger shop, you'd go to Beccles. That's a market town about a 20 minute drive. They've got good pubs and you can hire day boats on the river there to go into the Broads.
The coast is about five miles. Southwold is the main one, with the pier and the beach huts. Aldeburgh is further down. Dunwich is mostly heath and beach now, but it's interesting. All are within a 30 minute drive.
Facilities: there's a washing machine, WiFi, a cot and highchair if you need them. Bedding and towels are included. One well-behaved dog is allowed.
