It's Rose Farm Cottage on Clay Common in Suffolk. Frostenden's the village. It's detached, so quiet.
It sleeps five over three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after. You can bring one dog.
The place is well set up. Separate living room, dining room, and kitchen. There's a woodburning stove in the living room. Washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, all that stuff. Bedding and towels are included. We've got a cot and highchair if you need them. The garden's yours, there's parking right there.
The location's good. You're a couple of miles from the nearest pub and shop, so you need a car. It's very quiet out here. The coast is about five miles. Southwold is a good bet for a proper beach day.
If you like walking, there’s plenty of paths from the doorstep. You're well placed for the Suffolk coast. Aldeburgh and Dunwich aren't far either. Inland, Beccles is a nice market town about a 15-minute drive. You can get onto The Broads from there. They rent boats on the quay if you fancy a day on the river.
