The Little House is in Kessingland. It's a bungalow on the ground floor, so it's all on one level. There's a ramp at the front door.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms and has one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and comfortable. We've put in a split air conditioning unit. You can use it for heat in the winter or cool air in the summer. It's controlled by a remote. There are also electric heaters.
The beach is about a minute's walk away. You get to it by some concrete steps. If those aren't suitable, there's another access point opposite the pub. The beach here is part of the Suffolk Coast, which is a designated National Landscape.
There's a pub and restaurant 250 yards up the road. A shop is about three quarters of a mile away.
Southwold is about eight miles up the coast. That's where you'll find the pier, the Adnams brewery, and the beach huts. National Trust East Anglia has several properties nearby, like Dunwich Heath and Minsmere.
If you drive for half an hour or so, you can get to the southern parts of the Norfolk Broads. Oulton Broad is closer, about fifteen minutes away. Pleasurewood Hills theme park is near Lowestoft.
Facilities: it's a bungalow with a patio garden. There's parking right outside. The layout is open plan. Bedding and towels are included. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance. We allow up to two pets.
