This is Wild Lupin. It's my bungalow in Kessingland, Suffolk. It's detached, so no neighbours through the walls.
It sleeps five, but that's with a temporary single bed rolled out in the living area. There are two permanent double bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom has both a roll-top bath and a separate walk-in shower. There are grab rails fitted.
The whole place is on the ground floor. There's a ramp to the front door and the doors are wide, so it's wheelchair accessible. Inside, it's all open plan: kitchen, living room and dining area together.
The garden is enclosed and secure. There's a lawn and a private decked area with furniture. It gets the sun in the afternoon.
You’re about a five minute walk from the beach here. It's a proper sandy beach with dunes. Great for dog walks. Speaking of which, we take up to three dogs. No charge.
Kessingland itself is quiet. There's a local shop and a pub. Lowestoft is about ten minutes' drive south if you need more shops or a bigger supermarket.
For days out, Africa Alive is just up the road. Southwold with its pier is a twenty minute drive north. The RSPB at Minsmere is about twenty minutes south. The Norfolk Broads are maybe half an hour away.
What's here: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, Smart TV, and parking for two cars on the drive. All bedding and towels are included.
