This is Flat 3 Sea View, in Lowestoft. It's a first floor apartment in a big, old Victorian building right on the seafront. The name isn't joking, you do get a sea view from the main living area.
It sleeps six. That's with two bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living area. There's one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's clean and well presented, with some nice period features because the building is listed. The living space is open plan.
You're on the seafront. The beach is a few minutes walk. The town centre, with shops and places to eat, is about the same distance. There's a local pub a short walk away.
The train station is close. You can get a train into Norwich, which takes about half an hour. There's a lot to do there: the castle, the cathedral, shops.
For days out, Pleasurewood Hills theme park is nearby. Africa Alive is just outside town. Southwold is a short drive north. It's got its pier, Adnams brewery, and those famous beach huts.
The property has WiFi and a TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot if you need it. The building has some accessibility features like grab rails. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome.
