Coastline Cottage
Coastline Cottage is on a terrace in Lowestoft. It's an end-of-terrace fisherman’s cottage, about 100 yards from the sandy beach. You look out over a bit of grass and then the sea. The front double bedroom has the sea view.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped and comfortable. You can bring one dog.
The cottage has its original features, so expect lower ceilings and steep stairs. There's a woodburning stove in the front room which is good in winter. The garden out the back is enclosed.
There's a pub and a restaurant about 250 yards away. The local shop is a five-minute walk.
For a day out, the Suffolk coast is good. Southwold and its pier is about a 20-minute drive south. Aldeburgh is a bit further, maybe 40 minutes. If you like birdwatching, RSPB Minsmere is about half an hour away. For something different, Oulton Broad is inland, about 15 minutes by car, where you can hire boats.
Facilities wise: it's got WiFi, a TV, a washing machine, a dishwasher. Bedding and towels are included. We provide a cot, highchair, and stairgate if you need them.
