Fern Villa
Fern Villa is in Oulton Broad, which is on the edge of Lowestoft. It's a semi-detached house. Sleeps six. Three bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well looked after.
The place is modern inside, pretty spacious. There's a courtyard garden out the back with high walls, so it's private. Gets the sun.
You're right in the village. There's a pub and a restaurant literally twenty yards away. Shop about five minutes walk. The broad itself is just down the road. You can watch the boats, hire one if you want, or just walk around it. It's nice.
Lowestoft beach is two miles. Sandy beach, two piers, the usual seaside stuff. If you want a nicer beach, Southwold is about twenty five minutes south. Good for a walk and fish and chips.
You're well placed for the coast. Southwold, Aldeburgh, Dunwich are all within half an hour or so. RSPB Minsmere is close if you like birdwatching. Norwich is about fifty minutes by car if you need a city day for shopping.
Facilities wise: it's got a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. Parking on the drive. The garden is enclosed. It's wheelchair accessible at the entrance, but there's a step into the house and the bathroom is upstairs, so best to check the details if that's important. You can bring up to two pets.
