Thistle Dew is a bungalow in Great Yarmouth. It's detached, so it's just you. The main part of town and the beach are the same distance away, about a five minute walk.
It sleeps four, but that's with the double sofa bed in the living area. There's one proper bedroom with a double bed. The bathroom is a wet room, which is good if you have mobility issues. Everything is on the ground floor. The doorways are wide enough for a wheelchair.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It was done up recently, so it's clean and everything works. The kitchen has a dishwasher and a washing machine.
The beach is sandy and very long. It has all the usual seafront things: amusements, donkey rides, fish and chips. In summer, they do fireworks on Wednesday nights. You can see the seals on a boat trip from the pier.
The Norfolk Broads are about a twenty minute drive. It's a National Park. You can hire a boat or just go for a walk. Broads Authority.
Norwich is about forty minutes by car if you want a city day. It has a cathedral, a castle, and proper shops.
Facilities are all included: bedding, towels, wifi, parking right outside. You can bring up to two dogs.
