Beachview Cottage is in Scratby, on the Norfolk coast. It's a mid-terrace cottage, but you get your own private garden at the back.
It sleeps two. There are two bedrooms, one with a kingsize bed and a view of the sea. The other has pine bunk beds. As the description mentions, the stairs are steep and narrow. Just so you know.
The place is opposite the beach at Scratby, a sandy beach that's good for dogs all year round. There's a proper concrete ramp down to it, so it's accessible. You can just walk across the road. There's a local shop, a couple of pubs, cafes and that sort of thing in the village.
For a bigger town, Great Yarmouth is about seven miles south. That's where you'll find the pier, amusements, Sea Life, and the racecourse. The seals at Winterton and Horsey are a big draw, especially in winter, and they're a short drive away.
If you want to get on the water, the Norfolk Broads are inland from here. You can hire boats or try paddle boarding. Norwich city is also within an hour if you want a day out in a city.
In the cottage, there's a wood burner in the living room with two sofas. The kitchen is decent. There's a modern shower room on the ground floor. The garden is enclosed, which is good if you're bringing dogs. It says you can bring two.
