Park View

This is Park View in Martham. It's a bungalow, so everything's on one level. It was built in 2022, so it's all modern inside. The garden is decent and enclosed, good for kids or dogs. You get the whole place to yourselves.

It sleeps five in three bedrooms. There are two bathrooms. One is an ensuite off the main bedroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's clean and straightforward.

You can bring up to two dogs. The garden is secure for them.

The village is quiet. There's a shop, a butcher, and two pubs. One pub does food. There's a duck pond and a green. For fish and chips, there's a thatched takeaway, which is a bit unusual.

It's about a 15-minute walk to Martham Staithe on the River Thurne. You can hire a boat from there, or go fishing. There are plenty of walks right from the door.

By car, Winterton beach is dog friendly and about ten minutes away. Sea Palling is a bit further, it's got a proper sandy beach with ice cream and amusements. The National Trust Horsey Windpump is close, and so is Horsey beach where you can often see seals.

Great Yarmouth is about half an hour's drive if you want the arcades and Sea Life centre. Norwich is under an hour.

For facilities, you've got a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them.
