Park View
Park View is a bungalow in Martham. It's detached, and it's new, built in 2022. Everything works as it should.
It sleeps five. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One bathroom is en-suite to the main bedroom. It's a 4 Star place, so it's well equipped and comfortable.
The garden is enclosed, which is good if you have dogs or kids. There's a lawn and a patio with a table. You can park right there.
Martham is a proper village. There's a butcher, two pubs, a fish and chip shop, and a Chinese takeaway. The village green and the duck pond are nice. It's about a fifteen minute walk from the house down to Martham Staithe on the River Thurne. You can hire day boats or canoes from there, or go fishing.
The beach is a short drive. Winterton-on-Sea has dunes and a dog-friendly beach. Sea Palling is a bit further along and has more of a traditional seaside feel with amusements.
A little further up the coast is Horsey. The National Trust Horsey Windpump is there, and you can often see seals on the beach. Great Yarmouth is about a twenty-five minute drive if you want arcades and the Pleasure Beach.
For walking or cycling, you're right on the edge of the Norfolk Broads. It's flat. You can find routes easily.
Inside, it's got what you'd expect. Wifi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair. Dogs are welcome, up to two.
