It's called The Chive. It's a barn conversion near Potter Heigham in Norfolk. You're down a farm lane, so it's quiet. The view from the back is over open fields, nothing but sky.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms, one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well kept. It's open plan downstairs. The kitchen has what you need.
You've got your own patio out the back. There's parking right outside. Facilities are all there: WiFi, a washing machine, bedding and towels are included. We have a cot and a highchair if you need them. We take up to two dogs.
There are other cottages around, so it's a small cluster, but each one is separate.
The local village, Ludham, is about a mile away. It's got a couple of pubs and a shop. Potter Heigham is a few miles. That's where you can hire boats if you want to get out on the Broads properly. For a pleasure cruise, most people go to Wroxham.
The area is flat, which is good for walking and cycling. How Hill nature reserve is nearby if you like birdwatching. There's a fishing lake about five minutes' walk away.
For the coast, Sea Palling beach is about a fifteen minute drive. Great Yarmouth is half an hour if you want the amusements. Norwich is about forty minutes for a city day out.
