It sleeps six in three bedrooms. There are three bathrooms, which is handy with a full house. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable. The main living space is open plan. There's a patio area with a garden beyond.
The view from the back is over open fields. It's very flat and quiet. Good for birdwatching. How Hill nature reserve is a short walk away and well worth a visit. You can walk or cycle from the door along the lanes. There's coarse fishing on a lake about 400 yards opposite.
The village of Ludham is a mile away. It has two pubs and some shops. Potter Heigham, with boat hire, is about four miles. Wroxham, which is busier with shops and boat trips, is a short drive. The coast at Sea Palling is six miles for a sandy beach.
For a day out, Great Yarmouth has the pleasure beach and amusements. Bewilderwood, the tree top adventure park, is nearby for children. Norwich is about a 45 minute drive for the cathedral, castle, and shopping.
Facilities: It has a dishwasher, washing machine, Wi-Fi, and parking. Bedding and towels are included. A cot and highchair are there if needed. The property allows up to two pets.
