Rose Cottage is in Catfield, a village in the Norfolk Broads. It's thatched, one of a row of three old cottages. The garden is at the back, fenced all round and quite big.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. One bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, which covers the basics. The ceilings are low in places, as you'd expect. Mind your head on the beams.
There's a pub and a shop about a hundred yards up the road. The pub does food. You can hire bikes and boats locally. Hickling Broad is close by for walking. Potter Heigham with its bridge and boatyards is a few miles away.
The beach at Sea Palling is about five miles. Good for a proper walk or if you want to swim. Norwich is eighteen miles for a bigger day out, or to see the cathedral.
Inside, there's a wood burner for cooler nights. Washing machine, towels and bedding are all included. Parking for one car on the drive. You can bring up to two dogs.
