Dormouse Cottage

Dormouse Cottage is in Sea Palling. It's detached, so no neighbours on the other side of the wall. It's got a front garden and then an enclosed back garden with a patio and a barbecue.

It sleeps six, with three bedrooms. The main bedroom has a double bed, the other two have twins. There's one bathroom with a shower over the bath. The stairs are a normal sort of steepness for a cottage.

You're a few minutes' walk from the beach. It's a nice sandy one, and sometimes there are lifeguards and you can hire things like paddleboards. The village has what you need: a shop and post office, a pub that allows dogs, a couple of cafes, and a fish and chip shop.

The cottage has a 4 Star rating. It's comfortable and well-equipped. The kitchen has a dishwasher, washing machine, and one of those coffee machines that uses beans. There's fibre broadband and a smart TV in the living room. The sofas are leather. There are TVs in the two upstairs bedrooms too. We provide bedding and towels.

You can bring one dog. We've also got a cot, a highchair, and a stairgate if you need them.

For things to do, the seals at Horsey Gap are about a ten minute drive. It's a good place to see them on the beach. The Norfolk Broads start just inland. You can hire a boat from Stalham, which is the nearest proper town for supermarkets and things. Wroxham is further into the Broads and has more boat hire and trips.

Further afield, within about half an hour, you've got Bewilderwood adventure park for kids, Happisburgh lighthouse, and the town of Cromer. Norwich is about forty minutes by car if you want a city or the castle.
