Courtyard Barn
Courtyard Barn is on our farm at Ingham Corner. It's one of three places here. You get your own bit of garden with it, which is enclosed.
It sleeps four, but it's all in one room upstairs. It's a mezzanine bedroom, so it's open to the living area below. The bathroom is downstairs. It's got a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The stairs up to the bedroom are more like a ladder. They're steep and narrow. Just so you know.
You're welcome to walk around our land. There's about ten acres of woodland and a bit of riverside decking to sit by. It's a Site of Special Scientific Interest, so there's a lot of birdlife.
The village pub is about a mile away. They do good food. The nearest shop is in Stalham, about three miles.
The beach at Sea Palling is three miles from here. It's sandy and you sometimes see seals. Waxham is similar. For the Broads, Horsey Mere is very close. Wroxham is about a twenty-minute drive.
There's a shared games room here with a pool table and table tennis. We can provide beach towels if you need them.
Facilities: It's all on one level except the bedroom. There's a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, parking, and a cot. We include bedding and towels. You can bring up to two dogs.
