Courtyard Barn
Courtyard Barn is at Ingham Corner, on our farm. It's one of three places here. You've got your own little garden out the front, with a table and chairs.
It's a single-storey place, so everything's on the ground floor. It sleeps four, but it's one bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed in the living area. One bathroom with a shower. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. We allow up to two well-behaved dogs.
The living space is open plan. There's a kitchen area, a dining table, and the sitting area with the sofa bed and TV. There's parking right outside your door. We provide all bedding and towels, including beach towels if you need them.
You're welcome to walk around the wider farm grounds, about ten acres of woodland and meadow. There's a path down to the river. We've also got a shared games room in another barn with a pool table and table tennis.
The village pub is about a mile away, it does good food. The nearest shop is in Stalham, about three miles. The coast at Sea Palling is a five minute drive. It's a long sandy beach, good for swimming. You can often see seals at Waxham just along the coast.
You're about ten minutes from the Norfolk Broads. Wroxham is the main centre for boat trips and hiring day boats. For a longer day out, Cromer is a classic seaside town with a pier, and Norwich has the castle, cathedral, and shopping. It's about a 40 minute drive.
