1 Brick Kiln Barns is in Dilham. It's a single-storey barn conversion, so it's all on one level. It's semi-detached, next to number 2. You get your own patio and garden, which looks out over the fields. There's a hot tub.
It sleeps four in two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have their own bathrooms. The living space is open plan. It has a 4 Star rating, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable.
The barn is down a private, unmade track. It's very quiet here. You can walk straight out into the countryside from the door.
Dilham Staithe is at the bottom of the drive. You can fish there. If you have a small boat like a canoe or an inflatable, you can launch it from there. There isn't a proper slipway, so it's for light craft only.
The coast is about six or seven miles away. Mundesley is the nearest beach, a short drive. Cromer is a bit further, maybe twenty minutes. You've got the pier and the town there. Other places like Sheringham, Blakeney, and Wells-next-the-Sea are within about half an hour's drive.
For the Broads, Wroxham is the main spot, about twenty minutes south. You can hire day boats or go on a trip from there. Norwich is about thirty minutes drive. It's a good city for a day out, with the cathedral and the castle museum.
Facilities: there's a dishwasher, WiFi, TV, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and highchair. One well-behaved dog is welcome. The garden is enclosed.
There's a pub serving food about half a mile away. The nearest shop is in North Walsham, three miles away.
