This is Peacock, in East Ruston. It's one of a few cottages here. You're right by a lake, so the main view from the back is water. There's a south-facing patio out there.
It sleeps four. Two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's got a 4 Star rating. That means it's comfortable and well looked after.
The place is very quiet. Good for watching birds on the lake. There's a footpath called the Weavers Way nearby if you like walking.
The nearest pub that does food is about half a mile away. For a shop, you'd need to drive to Stalham, which is about two and a half miles.
You're on the northern edge of the Broads. Wroxham, which has shops and boat hire, is about ten minutes by car. The coast isn't far. Sandy beaches like Sea Palling are within a few miles. North Norfolk Coast places like Cromer are a bit further but easy for a day out. Norwich is about half an hour's drive.
For facilities: there's a washing machine, a TV, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right outside. No pets, I'm afraid.
If you're planning to see the area, the Broads Authority site has useful information.
