Forge Cottage is in Happisburgh. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. It sleeps four, in two bedrooms, and there's one bathroom with a shower.
You get your own patio and front garden. It's sunny. The cottage adjoins our house next door, but you have your own entrance and space. It's a 500 yard walk to the village shop and pub. The beach is about 400 yards away. You can see the lighthouse from the garden.
The Norfolk Coast Path is at the end of the road. It's a good base for walking. The beach is sandy and long, but the cliffs are eroding, so you need to pay attention to the signs.
Inside, it's a 3 Star place. That means it's clean and comfortable, not luxurious. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding is included. We can provide a cot and highchair if you need them. No pets, sorry.
For things to do, Cromer is about a 25 minute drive north. They have the pier and crab is the local thing. Norwich is inland, roughly 40 minutes by car, for a city day. For the Broads, Wroxham is about half an hour away. Useful links for planning are the National Trust Norfolk Coast and Visit Norfolk.
