Forge Cottage

This is Forge Cottage in Happisburgh. It's a bungalow, so everything is on one level. It's attached to our house, but you have your own front door and your own private patio and garden at the front.

It sleeps four in two bedrooms. There's one bathroom with a shower. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's clean and well-equipped but not luxurious.

The beach is about 400 yards away. It's a sandy beach, good for walking. The Norfolk Coast Path starts just down the road from the cottage if you want to do longer walks.

There's a village shop and a pub, both about a five minute walk. The shop has the basics. The pub serves food.

Norwich is about 45 minutes by car. It's a good day out for shopping or to see the cathedral. Cromer is about half an hour up the coast. It's known for its crabs and has a pier. For the Norfolk Broads, Wroxham is the main spot, which is also around a 30 minute drive. You can hire boats there.

For facilities, you've got WiFi, a washing machine, parking on site, and we can provide a cot and highchair. There's also storage for bikes. Pets aren't allowed, sorry.
