The Chase
The Chase is in Walcott, Norfolk. It's a detached bungalow, so everything's on one level which is handy. There's an enclosed garden round the back.
It sleeps six, in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom, with a shower. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's a good standard. We take up to two dogs.
It's about a five minute walk to the beach. It's sandy. The village shop is the same distance, and there's a pub a bit further on.
You're right on the Norfolk coast path for walking. For a proper day out, Cromer's about twelve miles west. They've got a pier and promenade. Sheringham is a bit further, and that's where the North Norfolk Railway steam trains run from.
Inland, Bacton Woods is close by for walking or a bike ride. The Broads are about half an hour's drive. Wroxham is the main spot for hiring a day boat. If you've got children, BeWILDerwood near Horning is popular.
Norwich is twenty miles south. It's a good city for a day trip, with the castle, cathedral, and shops.
In the cottage you'll find a washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and TV. Bedding and towels are included. There's a cot and highchair if you need them. Parking is on the drive.
