Turnstones is a bungalow in Walcott, right on the Norfolk coast. It was all done up in 2025.
It sleeps four, in two bedrooms. There’s one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Everything is on one level, so no stairs to worry about.
The main thing is the conservatory. It looks out over the enclosed garden and you can see the sea from it. It’s a good spot to sit.
You’re a few minutes’ walk from the beach. It’s sandy. The village is about the same distance. There are two pubs that do food, a chip shop, a shop, and a cafe.
It’s a 4 Star place. That means it’s well-equipped and comfortable. There’s a dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, and parking on site. Bedding and towels are included. We accept up to two dogs.
If you want to go a bit further, Cromer is about 12 miles up the coast. It’s a proper seaside town with a pier. Wroxham is also 12 miles, but inland. That’s where you’d go to hire a boat on the Broads.
Bacton Woods is just behind the village. It’s good for dog walks or a bike ride.
