This is Solace. It's in Stalham, alongside the River Ant. You look out over the Staithe, which is a boatyard area, so it's a nice view of the water and boats coming and going.
It's detached, so you have it to yourself. Sleeps four, two bedrooms, one bathroom. It has a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable and well-equipped. You can bring one dog.
The garden is a patio area. Everything you'd expect is there: dishwasher, washing machine, WiFi, TV. Bedding and towels are included. You park right outside.
There's a pub about 500 yards away in the village for food and a drink. The town has a supermarket and shops for what you need.
The property is in the owner's boatyard, so you can hire motor launches from right there if you want to get out on the river. You can also fish from the bank.
The beach at Sea Palling is about a ten minute drive. For a quieter sandy beach, Waxham and Horsey are a little further along the coast. Horsey is good for seal spotting.
Wroxham, which is where a lot of the boating activity is, is about 8 miles away. The Norfolk Broads Museum is a short walk if you're interested in the history of the area.
For a day out, Norwich is within a 30 minute drive. It's got the cathedral, the castle museum, and good shopping. The National Trust in Norfolk has sites along the coast like Blickling Estate. The Broads Authority website is useful for planning boat trips or walks.
