This is a one-bedroom bungalow called Rosemary. It sleeps two people and has a four-star rating. That means it's well-fitted and comfortable.
It's part of a small group of converted barns down a country lane. The view from the back is over open fields. You have your own patio area out there, which gets the sun in the afternoon.
Everything's on one level, which is handy. The living area is open-plan. There's a washing machine, WiFi, and parking right outside. Bedding and towels are included. We can provide a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring up to two dogs.
The village of Ludham is about a mile away. It has a couple of pubs and some shops. Potter Heigham, known for the boat hire, is a few miles down the road.
For local walks and nature, How Hill is good. It's a nature reserve with woodland and dykes. The Broads Authority website has maps and information. If you want a beach, Sea Palling is about a fifteen-minute drive.
Further afield, you can drive to the north Norfolk coast for seal trips, or into Norwich for the cathedral and shops. It's about half an hour to Norwich.
