This is Bridge Way. It's in Waxham, Norfolk. The beach is less than a mile away and there's a little waterway about a hundred yards past the end of the garden. You can see it from the kitchen window.
It's a semi-detached property, one of two. It sleeps five in three bedrooms. There's one bathroom. It's got a 3 Star rating, so it's comfortable and clean but not high-end. You get your own bit of lawned garden.
The place is set in twelve acres. Part of it's wooded and there are paths you can wander. There's a play area for kids in the woods, away from the water.
The nearest shop and pub is about two miles away in Sea Palling. The beach at Waxham is good for long walks. It's sandy and quiet. You can fish for free in the waterway if that's your thing. Bring your own gear. Birdwatching is good here all year.
Great Yarmouth is 13 miles if you want the arcades and the big beach. Norwich is about 22 miles for a day of shopping or the castle. The Horsey Windpump is a short drive away, and you can often see the seals at Horsey Gap.
In the house you've got a woodburning stove for winter, a washing machine, and a BBQ outside. Bedding is included. There's a cot and a highchair if you need them. You can bring one dog. Parking is right there.
