Annexe @ Church Farm Barn
The Annexe is at our place, Church Farm Barn. It's attached to our house but you've got your own door and it's all on one level. The layout is open plan, so the living space, kitchen area and bedroom are all in one room really. There's a separate wet room.
It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern and clean, and everything works. It's also set up for wheelchair access if that's something you need. There's a walk-in shower with a seat and rails.
Outside, there's a private enclosed patio area. It's south facing so you get the sun. We're on the edge of the village so it's quiet. You get views over the fields at the back.
There's a decent pub about a mile's walk down the lane. For a restaurant, the nearest one is just a few minutes' walk. A small shop is about a mile and a quarter away in the other direction.
The coast is easy to get to. Sea Palling beach is about ten minutes in the car. It's a good, straight sandy beach. If you go a bit further up the coast to Horsey Gap, you can often see the seals. In winter, they have their pups on the beach. Happisburgh is known for its lighthouse.
If you fancy being on the water, Stalham is where you can hire a day boat for the Broads. Hickling Broad is only three miles from here, which is good for sailing and birdwatching.
Norwich is half an hour's drive. It's a proper city day out, with the castle, cathedral, and lots of shops.

Facilities: it sleeps two, has one parking space right outside, WiFi, a TV, and a washing machine. Bedding and towels are included. We allow one well-behaved dog.
