The Annexe is attached to our house at Church Farm Barn. It's all one level, so no stairs. It's got a wet room with a shower seat and grab rails, which works well if you're in a wheelchair.
It's for two people. One bedroom, one wet room. It's a 4 Star property, so it's comfortable and well-equipped.
You can bring a dog. There's a fully enclosed garden that's just for you, so it's secure.
Practical things: Wi-Fi. TV. Washing machine. Parking right outside. All bedding and towels are here.
The location is quiet. You're about a mile from a decent pub. The nearest shop is a mile and a quarter away, in Stalham.
The coast is three miles. Sea Palling's beach is good, a long stretch of sand. A bit further south at Horsey there's a big seal colony in the winter. They're amazing to watch.
Hickling Broad is three miles the other way. You can watch the sailing or go for a walk. There are boats for hire at Stalham or Potter Heigham if you fancy a trip on The Broads.
Norwich is about forty minutes by car. It's a proper city day out. Cathedrals, a castle, lots of shops. Everything's there.
There are a couple of big National Trust houses nearby if that's your thing: Felbrigg Hall and Blickling Hall.
