This is Kings Lodge. It's at Threehammer Common in Norfolk, near the Broads. It's a detached bungalow in our grounds, but it's totally private.
It sleeps four people. There are three bedrooms and they all have their own ensuite bathroom, which is useful. Two of the bedrooms are on the ground floor. The third bedroom is upstairs, but it's in the roof space so watch your head if you're tall.
The main living space is open plan. There's a kitchen, dining area, and sitting room all in one room. Doors open straight out into your own garden. The garden has a lawn and a private hot tub.
It's a 5 Star place, which means it's well-equipped and comfortable. It's got things like a dishwasher, washing machine, and WiFi. Bedding and towels are included. There's parking right there.
You can bring one dog.
The location is quiet and rural. Alderfen Broad is a short walk away. It's part of the Broads National Park and good for birdwatching. The nearest shop and pub are about a mile and a half.
If you want to hire a day boat for the Broads, we can arrange that directly. For certain weeks in spring and autumn, we include a free day's boat hire with a seven-night booking.
Other things nearby: the Bewilderwood adventure park is popular with kids. The village of Horning is close by and has places to eat. The sandy beaches of the north Norfolk coast are about ten miles away. Norwich city centre, with the castle and cathedral, is roughly a thirty-minute drive.
For planning days out, these sites might help: Broads Authority, National Trust Norfolk, and Visit Norfolk.
