Spinaker
This is Spinnaker. It's an apartment right on the river in Hoveton, next to Wroxham. You look out over the water.
It sleeps eight. Four bedrooms and four bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating. It's modern, not an old cottage.
The main thing is the location. You've got your own decked balcony overlooking the water. There's a private mooring right outside. If you want to get out on the river, there's a day launch you can use for free most of the year, except the school summer holidays. You can still hire one then, but you pay.
It's about a five-minute walk into Wroxham. There are shops, cafes, and a few places to eat. The pub's close.
If you like walking or cycling, there are paths all around the Broads. For a proper trip out, Norwich is less than half an hour's drive. You've got the cathedral, the castle, shops. The coast at places like Cromer is about a 25-minute drive.
Facilities: everything's included. WiFi, TV, washing machine, bedding and towels. There's parking. You can bring up to two dogs. They have dog life jackets here, you leave a deposit for those. There's a cot and a stairgate if needed.
