Riversedge

This is Riversedge. It's a two bedroom apartment in Hoveton, right on the River Bure. It sleeps four.

The place is upside down. You come in on the ground floor to the bedrooms and bathrooms, then you go upstairs to the main living area. That's so you get the best views from upstairs. There's a small decked area at the front door and a glass balcony off the living room upstairs, so you can sit and watch the river. It's a working boatyard, so there's always something going on.

It's a 4 Star place, so it's well equipped and comfortable. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. You get two dedicated parking spaces right outside.

The main thing is the river. The apartment comes with the use of a motor launch, free for most of the year. You can moor it right outside. It's the best way to see the Broads. Life jackets are provided. If you're bringing dogs, we have pet life jackets too, you just leave a deposit for them.

You're in Wroxham, which they call the capital of the Broads. There are shops, cafes, and a few restaurants within a five minute walk. There's a local pub nearby as well.

For days out, the coast at places like Cromer or Sheringham is about half an hour's drive. Norwich is less than twenty minutes away if you want a city, cathedral, or proper shopping. For a historical day out, Felbrigg Hall or Blickling Hall are both easy to get to.

Facilities wise, it's all there. Wifi, TV, dishwasher, bedding and towels included. We can provide a cot and highchair. You can bring up to two dogs.

If you're looking for information on the area, the Broads Authority site is useful.
