This place is called Staysail. It's in Hoveton, which is basically Wroxham on the Norfolk Broads. The property is right on the water, with its own private mooring. It's one of several apartments in a modern dockland style building. You get a decked balcony overlooking the river.
It sleeps nine people, in five bedrooms. There are three bathrooms. It's a 4 Star rating, so it's well-equipped. The facilities list is accurate. It is pet friendly, up to two dogs.
The main thing here is the location and the boat. You have free use of a motor day launch for most of the year. In the school summer holidays, you can't use that one, but you can hire another boat from the owner at a lower rate. The mooring for it is right outside. If you fish, you can do that from the owner's frontage with a valid license.
Wroxham is a five-minute walk. You've got shops, a few cafes and pubs there. It's the main hub for the Broads. You can walk or cycle from the door on the local paths.
You can drive to the north Norfolk coast in about half an hour. Cromer and Sheringham are the main towns there. Norwich is under half an hour away in the other direction, if you want a city day. There are a couple of big National Trust houses nearby: Blickling Hall and Felbrigg Hall. For general Broads information, the Broads Authority site is useful.
That's about it. It's a good spot if you want to be on the water and mess about in a boat.
