The place is called Otters. It's a terraced house right in the middle of Wroxham, next to Wroxham Bridge. The bridge is famous, I suppose, but mostly it's just there. You can watch the boats go by.
It's an upside-down house. That means the living room and kitchen are upstairs so you get a better view over the river. The bedrooms are downstairs. It sleeps six, three bedrooms, two bathrooms. It's got a 4 Star rating, so it's comfortable. Everything's clean and it works.
There's a shop, a few cafes, and a pub about fifty yards away. It's handy. The pub does food.
Being in Wroxham means you're right on the Broads. You can hire a day boat or a canoe from just down the road. If you'd rather walk, you're on the edge of town so you can head out into the country quite easily.
If you fancy a beach day, the coast is about a twenty-minute drive. Cromer has a pier. Horsey is good for seeing the seals, especially in winter when the pups are on the beach. Sometimes there are hundreds.
For a day out, Norwich is eight miles away. It's a proper city with shops and the cathedral. Closer to home, Wroxham Barns has a craft centre and some farm animals for kids. BeWILDerwood, that treehouse adventure place, is in Horning, about ten minutes by car.
In terms of stuff here: there's a washing machine, a dishwasher, WiFi, and parking for one car out the front. The garden is enclosed. You can bring up to two dogs.
