Otters Reach
Otters Reach is in Hoveton, on the Norfolk Broads. It's a detached house right on the water. It sleeps twelve, with six bedrooms and, importantly, six bathrooms. They're all en-suite. It's a 5 Star place, so it's well finished and comfortable.
The main thing is the location. You're on a private mooring. You can sit in the garden and watch the boats go by. The house is spread over two floors, with bedrooms on both, which is useful if some people don't want to tackle the stairs.
There's a games room and a large kitchen. The garden has a patio and a BBQ. Everything you'd expect is included: bedding, towels, WiFi, parking. You can bring one dog.
You can hire a 12-seater electric day boat and some kayaks from the owner, if they're available. It's a good way to see the Broads.
Wroxham is a few minutes away. They call it the capital of the Broads. There are shops, cafes, and waterside pubs. The coast is about twelve miles. Horsey Gap has a seal colony you can visit. For kids, BeWILDerwood in Horning is popular.
Norwich is only eight miles if you want a city day, for the cathedral or shopping. There are some National Trust properties nearby too.
