Sunnyside

Sunnyside is in Ludham in the Norfolk Broads. It's a detached cottage that used to be a bakehouse a long time ago. We had it completely done up a few years ago, so everything inside is new.

It sleeps six. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is a wet room on the ground floor. It's got a 5 Star rating, which means it's well-finished and comfortable.

The back of the cottage faces west, so you get the sun in the evenings. There's a small enclosed courtyard out the back with a bistro table.

You're right in the village. There's a shop and a pub about a hundred yards away. The pub does food. Womack Water and the River Thurne are a five minute walk. You can sit on the green and watch the boats.

For the Broads, Wroxham is about seven miles. That's where you can hire boats for the day. Potter Heigham, which is two miles away, does hourly boat hire if you don't want a full day. How Hill Nature Reserve is nearby for walking.

The north Norfolk coast is about half an hour's drive. Sea Palling has a sandy beach. Winterton is a bit further and you can see seals there sometimes. Cromer is about forty minutes.

Norwich is less than an hour. It's got the cathedral, the castle museum, and all the shops.

Inside, it's got what you'd expect: a washing machine, dishwasher, WiFi. The kitchen has an induction hob. All the bedding and towels are included. There's on-road parking just down the lane. No pets, I'm afraid.
